Commentary: There is a loss <strong>of</strong> text on page one. Part <strong>of</strong> the loss is in the biblical<br />

text and is supplied in brackets. The last three lines <strong>of</strong> the sermon on that page also<br />

suffer a loss. Lines four through eight <strong>of</strong> page two suffer a loss <strong>of</strong> text at the left<br />

hand margin.<br />
