Commentary: A note at the head reads “Septuag.” A note at the end reads
“Darrels.” Emendations and additions throughout are in the hand of the Rev.
Sylvester Boarman. The sermon is based on the moral reflection upon the epistle
for Septuagesima Sunday by William Darrell. Cf., for instance, Darrell’s Moral
