Después de aplicado el Heberprot-P.ConclusionesEl heberprot-P, es una alternativa de tratamientopara las úlceras del pie diabético, capazde disminuir las tasa de amputaciones mayoresen los grados III, IV de Wagner, induce de formarápida y consistente el tejido de granulaciónútil incluso en las lesiones con patrón isquémico,los resultados de nuestro trabajo demostraronque de 73 pacientes diagnosticados conúlcera de pie diabético tratados con Heberprot-Pel 91,78% salvaron su extremidad y elresto disminuyo el numero de amputacionesmenores. El resultado final del trabajo fue buenopor que se logró incorporar los pacientes ala vida social y laboralmente activa.1.
