‣ The treasury management - a proper management of the treasury includes the anticipation
of complex cash flows and the preparation of some plans that contain, where it is necessary, the
short-term loans, to meet the budgeted objectives and targets, without endangering them due to
the lack of liquidities. This is the main problem of the financial management.
‣ The management of the public credits - in close correlation with the treasury management,
the debt management becomes a crucial issue of the financial management, especially in the
public institutions, due to the issues of "marketing" and the "purchase" of the public credits.
‣ The internal control - The internal control reflects the organization’s plan and all the
correlated measures and methods for: the resources protection, the promotion of data accuracy
and financial and operational policy, promoting the efficiency of operations, fostering respect
for the laws, policies and standards, to achieve their purposes and their program objectives.
