The differentiation coefficients of wage levels are obtained by comparing the average wage of
salary scale of the professor, assistant professor, and lecturer positions to the average wage of
the assistant. The academic degree of tutor in terms of wage costs is similar to that of an
assistant. In the end, although the allocation patterns are different, the main issue that remains
opened is the need for a solution to cover the universities indirect, overhead expenses.
