It is therefore important that each alum
nus keep the Treasurer of the University informed of his full address
(in cities, street and number) and notify him immediately of any
change.
The following ordinance was adopted by the Board of Trustees,
October 24, 1888 : All graduates of the first degree, in any of the de
partments of Cornell University, and all persons who have been ad
mitted to any degree higher than the first in said University shall be
alumni of said University, and as such be entitled to vote for Alumni
trustees under and in pursuance of the provisions contained in Chap
ter 763 of the Laws of New York, passed in 1867.
