concentration of the growth regulator. The control shoot-clumps had a good
appearance, each one showing about eight to nine shoots at the end of the experiment.
The lower growth index of the explants treated with the highest doses of
paclobutrazol agrees with observations in Gladiolus (Ziv, 1992).
