Novita Yulianti is a PhD student at the Faculty of Business Studies and Economics, University of Bremen,
Germany. She received a Master of Science degree on International Technology Transfer Management. Her
current research interests include change management, organizational management, information and
technology management, innovation management.
Li-Zhang Zhang received BA from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, MSc from the
University of London, UK, and PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia. He currently teaches
International Business and Economics at La Trobe University, Australia. His research interests include
Asian-Australian Business and Trade, E-Commerce, Theory and Practice in English-Chinese Translation,
and Online Education and Training.
