routes caused by either the storm surge or<br />

fresh water flooding. 'I'his is the<br />

commencement through completi<strong>on</strong> of the<br />

relocati<strong>on</strong> period; all evacuti<strong>on</strong> activities<br />

must be completed.<br />

arrival of sustained tropical storm force<br />

Lee County officials intitiallyassess <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

prioritize the emergency situati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>/or<br />

generate requirements.<br />

0 IDEDIATE<br />

EMERGENCY<br />

A period of time, lasting from a couple<br />

of weeks up to several m<strong>on</strong>ths after the<br />

storm event. This is the first phase of the<br />

recovery period where Lee County public<br />

safety agencies <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> n<strong>on</strong>-governmental<br />

organizati<strong>on</strong>s resp<strong>on</strong>d <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> provide ~ediate<br />

emergency assistance to prioritized<br />
