Objective: To explore the biases in climate change financing <strong>and</strong> show<br />

that climate change financial policies have limited focus on<br />

women’s concerns <strong>and</strong> minimal women’s participation.<br />

Materials: Marker pens, masking tape, flip charts, pins <strong>and</strong> copies of the<br />

case study.<br />

Procedure:<br />

1. Divide the participants into groups <strong>and</strong> ask them to answer the<br />

following questions about the Amihan case study:<br />

• What climate change challenges did the women face?<br />

• What were the women’s responses to this challenge?<br />

• What were their financial <strong>and</strong> other coping strategies?<br />
