<strong>Orange</strong> launched Music Store, a music download service for mobile phones and PCs.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> Romania launched Internet nelimitat, the fi rst subscription on the market providing unlimited Internet access<br />

from both <strong>com</strong>puters and mobile phones.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> launched the <strong>Orange</strong> Young offer, aimed at young people, with unlimited calls and SMS to network friends, as<br />

well as mobile Internet access.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> Romania launched the Home & Office Pack, featuring unlimited calls to fi xed lines and up to 50 <strong>Orange</strong><br />

mobile numbers, as well as unlimited Internet access at home or at the offi ce.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> launched a new data-transfer service (contacts, text messages, photos, music and multimedia content) from<br />

one mobile handset to another or to a USB drive.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> cut roaming mobile data service rates with its <strong>Orange</strong> Voyage Data Start offer.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> and eMAG, an on-line retailer of electronic goods, announced a strategic partnership that will allow <strong>Orange</strong><br />

mobile subscriptions to be given out in conjunction with laptop sales.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> launched the new Animals offers built around a segmentation of the different needs of mobile telephony<br />

customers.<br />

Outlook<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> Romania aims to pursue in 2010 the policy of mobile<br />

offer segmentation initiated in <strong>2009</strong> via the Animals concept,<br />

and also aims to expand its mobile Internet business. To<br />

achieve this, <strong>Orange</strong> Romania will continue to rely on the quality<br />

of its customer service, the extension of its distribution network,<br />

its loyalty programs and the strength of the <strong>Orange</strong> brand.<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> Romania also intends to look for new revenue streams<br />

thanks to its capacity to innovate, the launch of new services<br />

and the development of strategic partnerships. Lastly, the<br />

policy of streamlining operating expenses initiated in <strong>2009</strong> will<br />

be reinforced, while viewing to maintain a capital expenditure<br />

which should preserve <strong>Orange</strong> Romania’s leadership of the<br />

mobile market.<br />
