Distribution<br />

TP Group has different types of distribution channels to address<br />

its customers needs:<br />

■ d irect distribution includes dedicated channels for business<br />

and residential customers respectively. Customer service is<br />

carried out by <strong>Orange</strong>/PTK Centertel’s outlets, TP Group’s<br />

outlets, direct sales center and the distance selling center.<br />

These distribution channels are the main points of contact<br />

with customers and provide a full range of products as well<br />

as after-sales services. These channels are TP Group’s<br />

investment priority, as they generate the highest margins.<br />

Customer service outlets are situated in primary locations<br />

of high intensity customer traffi c. The distance selling centre<br />

offers mobile products to both residential and business<br />

customers, fi xed/mobile Internet subscriptions, television<br />

services (<strong>Orange</strong>, TV), fi xed-line voice services and valueadded<br />

services (new tariff plans and TV packages ). In the<br />

business market, the distribution network provides assistance<br />

to key account managers with respect to SIM card sales;<br />

■ i ndirect sales networks operated by TP Group’s partners<br />

include business customer advisors (only on the B2B<br />

market), dealers, franchise outlets, direct sales to residential<br />

customers as well as retail chains and distributors. Business<br />

customer advisors, dealer outlets and door-to-door sales<br />

partners have access to basic sales applications only.<br />

Franchise agreements concluded with <strong>Orange</strong>/PTK Centertel<br />

are based on special cooperation and allow access to<br />

<strong>Orange</strong>/PTK Centertel’s CRM system;<br />

■ t he on-line sales channel used for selling mobile products<br />

to both residential and business customers as well as<br />

fi xed/mobile Internet subscriptions and television services<br />

(<strong>Orange</strong> TV). This on-line sales channel has seen constant<br />

growth .<br />
