The products and services on the business market sold under<br />

the “ <strong>Orange</strong> Business Services” brand are grouped together in<br />

a portfolio made up of nine product and service families:<br />

■ networks and Internet ;<br />

■ telephony;<br />

■ transfers;<br />

■ convergent solutions;<br />

■ collaborative work;<br />

■ multimedia customer relations;<br />

■ IT solutions;<br />

■ consulting and customer service;<br />

■ professional solutions.<br />

In <strong>2009</strong>, <strong>Orange</strong> Business Services continued its three-prong<br />

global strategy based on:<br />

■ continued investments in networks to give business<br />

customers seamless service continuity and to provide them<br />

with cutting-edge services to meet their new needs;<br />

■ being a leader in IP <strong>com</strong>munication and supporting<br />

customers with their transition by giving them access to<br />

convergent fi xed-mobile and voice-data-video solutions. This<br />

strategic area has brought about rapid development of videoconferencing<br />

and telepresence solutions, which has reduced<br />

travel needs and made organizations more effi cient, and of<br />

Business Acceleration services, which make networks more<br />

effi cient and optimize costs;<br />

■ offering customers real-time business applications so that<br />

they can work together using IP technology and that are<br />

designed to directly meet business issues: customer contact<br />

centers, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications, online or<br />

contactless payment solutions, n ew models such as cloud<br />

<strong>com</strong>puting.<br />

Moreover, since corporate responsibility is a key part of its<br />

business customer strategy, <strong>Orange</strong> Business Services is also<br />

<strong>com</strong>mitted to developing products and services in line with its<br />

policy on sustainable development, including the ecological<br />

assessment of handsets, remote monitoring, new collaborative<br />

work tools, and fl eet management.<br />

Finally, <strong>Orange</strong> Business Services is focusing on developing<br />

service quality and making its offers secure. In <strong>2009</strong>, it obtained<br />

three ISO certifi cations for its network security, the quality of its<br />

management system and its process effi ciency.<br />
