Select sessions will be recorded and available to view as webcasts
during and after the meeting. Therefore, if you missed one of
the designated sessions, you can watch it the next day through
SessionSelect. The sessions that will be available through
SessionSelect are indicated with the webcast icon above.

College Showcase – NEW
During intermissions of the scientific sessions, ACR staff and
representatives will present live demonstrations of educational
resources and tools at the ACR Resource Center, located in the
International Boulevard Foyer. Presentations of educational
resources and tools include the Rheumatology Image Bank
SessionSelect; the Lupus Initiative; CARE (ACR’s self-assessment
module); AIM (ACR’s practice improvement module);
Rheumatology Clinical Registry and many more. Plan to stop
by the ACR Resource Center for a brief demo on the way to
your next session.

Attendees can stop by the ACR Resource Center for
complimentary product brochures and patient education
materials – to come discover all the College offers you, your
patients and your practice.

Medical Bag
Don’t forget to pick up a Medical Bag prior to visiting the
exhibits. Each bag contains special offers and invitations from our
exhibitors and will be distributed from the exhibition entrance
while supplies last.
Recharge Areas
Recharge areas will include workstations with power outlets
designed for you to connect your laptop, recharge your mobile or
check e-mail via the complimentary Wi-fi-enabled Internet access.

POSTER SESSIONS
Poster presentations facilitate one-on-one interaction between
the presenter and the attendee. There will be one poster session
per day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Posters will remain
in the Georgia World Congress Center Halls B1 & B2 from 9:00
am–6:00 pm, with presenters in attendance to answer questions
about their abstracts from 9:00–11:00 am each day. There is no
poster session on Thursday. The number on the poster boards
refers to the abstract presentation number, and this number will
change for each poster session.
Poster Session Presenter Instructions
If you are presenting a poster, please set up and remove your
poster during the times listed below.
Poster presenter ribbons will be available in the Speaker Ready
Room – Room# A302.
Posters must be removed by 6:30 pm. Posters not removed by
6:30 pm will be removed and discarded. ACR is not responsible for
lost, damaged or discarded posters.
Poster Sessions - Monday, November 8 – Wednesday, November 10
from 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Set Up: 7:00–9:00 am
Presentation: 9:00–11:00 am
Poster Tours: 9:00–9:45 am; 10:15 – 11:00 am and 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Posters to remain up until 6:00 pm
Removal: 6:00–6:30 pm
Guided Poster Tours
Guided poster tours provide an opportunity for scientific
attendees to ask questions and gain insights from leaders in the
field while earning CME credits. Morning tours will offer insights
from both poster presenters and tour guides, while afternoon
tours will exclusively feature the tour guide’s expert opinion.
Although there is no fee to participate, pre-registration is required
and each tour is limited to 20 registered scientific attendees. If
you would like to participate and have not registered you can
check tour availability and request a ticket in the registration area,
located in the International Boulevard Foyer. If you registered
in advance of the meeting your ticket was included with your
meeting materials. Once you have your ticket, plan to collect
your headset and meet your group 10 minutes before your tour
departs from the entrance of the poster hall, located in Halls B1
& B2.
