While passing intersections, mean reaction times and fractions missed
increased further for all functional age groups (Figure 6.2). Differences
between age groups, however, remained more or less the same. When
considering the passing of intersections as being a third baseline, one that
indicates the average difficulty of passing intersections regardless of the
intersection design, mixed between‐within analysis of variance showed
results very similar to those in Table 6.4. However, when just comparing the
