Posology<br />

The average daily dosage is 2–4.5 g of dried herb or equivalent preparations<br />

(28).<br />

For <strong>int</strong>ernal use. Infusion (2–4.5 g of dried herb in 150 ml boiled water for<br />

10–15 minutes), one tablespoonful three times daily between meals (21).<br />

Tincture (1:5 in 45% ethanol) 2–6 ml, three times daily (57). Fluidextract<br />

(1:1 in 25% ethanol) 2–6 ml, three times daily (58).<br />
