70% ethanol), three times daily (27, 32). Fluidextract: 1–4 ml (1:1 in 45%<br />

ethanol), three times daily (95). Dry extract: 160 mg of dry aqueous extract<br />

corresponding to 880 mg of drug, three times daily (27).<br />

For gargles and rinses. Infusion: 3 g of herb or 2–3 drops of essential oil in<br />

150 ml of water (27). Tincture: 1:10 in 70% ethanol. Extract: 5 g of ethanol<br />

extract in 1 glass water (20).<br />

External. Cataplasm or irrigation: 30 g of cut herb in 200 ml of boiling<br />

water for 20 min, applied to affected area (19).<br />
