Abstract<br />

The article introduces and at the end, presents a brief criticism of the<br />

Rawlsian theory of justice as fairness by focusing John Rawls’s mainly three<br />

studies Justice as Fairness, A Theory of Justice and Justice as Fairness:<br />

Political not Metaphysical. At the first and long part of the article, Rawlsian<br />

theoretical construction is presented descriptively step by step with some<br />

comments and criticisms while the concluding part tries to offer main<br />

problematic sides of the Rawlsian theory.<br />

Key words: justice, fairness, basic structure, original position, veil of<br />

ignorance, priority rule, difference principle, primary good,<br />

contractarianism, utilitarianism.<br />

Abstrakt<br />

Ky punim paraqet një kritikë të shkurtër të Teorisë së drejtësisë së John<br />

Rawls kryesisht duke u fokusuar në tri studimet e tij: E drejta si paanësi,<br />

Teoria e drejtësisë dhe E drejta si paanësi: politike e jo metafizike. Në pjesën<br />

e parë dhe gjatë punimit është paraqitur konstruksioni i teorisë së John<br />

Rawls hap pas hapi me disa komente dhe kritika, ndërsa në pjesën e<br />
