136. Neurobiology of normal and abnormal behavior<br />

of humans, based on specific neuroanatomical,<br />

neurophysiological, and cognitive parameters. Evaluation<br />

of these parameters will be, for example, by<br />

metabolism, myelin, cortical function,<br />

basis of electroencephalography and evoked<br />

potentials. Emphasis placed on how these studies<br />

Clinical activity—full time (4 weeks). Prerequisite:<br />

satisfactory completion of Internal Medicine 430,<br />

and consent of instructor. Student exposed to children<br />

with disorders of the nervous system, both in<br />

outpatient and inpatient services. Cases presented to<br />

a member of full-time faculty who will discuss clinical<br />

findings, differential diagnosis, management and<br />

therapy. This course satisfies the fourth year neuroscience<br />
