For measuremen<strong>ts</strong> on used frequency, this IE contains the measured resul<strong>ts</strong> on RACH of the quantity indicated by<br />

Reporting quantity in the IE "Intra-frequency reporting quantity for RACH Reporting" in system information broadcast<br />

on BCH. The list, measurement resul<strong>ts</strong> for monitored cells (not including the current cell) shall be in the order of the<br />

value of the measurement quantity as indicated by Reporting Quantity in the IE "Intra-frequency reporting quantity for<br />

RACH Reporting" (the first cell shall be the best cell).<br />

For measuremen<strong>ts</strong> on non-used frequencies, this IE includes the best cell on each non- used frequency, in order of<br />

decreasing quality and up to a maximum number as specified by the IE "Maximum number of inter-frequency RACH<br />

reporting cells".<br />

frequency list indicator" received in System Information Block Type 19 exceeds the threshold specified by<br />

ETSI
