14 Specific functions<br />

14.1 Intra-frequency measuremen<strong>ts</strong><br />

14.1.1 Intra-frequency measurement quantities<br />

A measurement quantity is used to evaluate whether an intra-frequency event has occurred or not. It can be:<br />

1 Downlink E c /N 0 .<br />

2 Downlink path loss.<br />

For FDD:<br />

Pathloss in dB = Primary CPICH Tx power - CPICH RSCP.<br />

For Primary CPICH Tx power the IE "Primary CPICH Tx power" shall be used. The unit is dBm.<br />
