NOTE:<br />

If the MAC header type is changed, either from MAC-hs to MAC-ehs or from MAC-ehs to MAC-hs,<br />

UTRAN should include the IE "MAC-hs reset indicator" in order to ensure a reset of the MAC-hs/ehs<br />

entity in the UE prior to MAC-hs/ehs reconfiguration, otherwise the UE behaviour is unspecified.<br />

8.6.6.28 Downlink DPCH info common for all radio links<br />

If the IE "Downlink DPCH info common for all RL" is included the UE shall:<br />

1> if:<br />

2> the IE "Downlink DPCH info common for all RL" is included in a reconfiguration message; and<br />

2> the UE was in CELL_DCH state upon reception of the message and remains in CELL_DCH state; and<br />

2> the message is not used to perform a hard handover (as specified in subclause 8.6.6.3a) and the IE "Timing<br />

indication" is set to "initialise":<br />

3> the UE behaviour is not specified.<br />

1> if the IE "Downlink DPCH power control information" is included:<br />

2> in the case of FDD:<br />

3> perform actions for the IE "DPC Mode" according to [29].<br />

2> in the case of TDD:<br />

3> perform actions for the IE "TPC Step Size" according to [33].<br />

1> if the IE choice "mode" is set to 'FDD':<br />

2> if the IE "Downlink rate matching restriction information" is included:<br />

3> set the variable INVALID_CONFIGURATION to TRUE.<br />
