14.7.3.4 Reporting Event 7d: GANSS time and SFN time have drifted apart more than<br />

an absolute threshold<br />

When this event is ordered by UTRAN in a measurement control message, the UE shall:<br />

1> send a measurement report when the GANSS Time Of Week and the SFN timer have drifted apart more than the<br />

threshold defined by the IE "Threshold SFN-GANSS TOW"; and<br />

1> if UTRAN set IE "Method Type" in "UE positioning reporting quantity" in the MEASUREMENT CONTROL<br />

message to "UE based":<br />

2> act as specified in subclause 8.6.7.19.1b.<br />

1> if UTRAN set IE "Method Type" in "UE positioning reporting quantity" in the MEASUREMENT CONTROL<br />

message to "UE assisted":<br />

2> act as specified in subclause 8.6.7.19.1a.<br />

1> if UTRAN set IE "Method Type" in "UE positioning reporting quantity" in the MEASUREMENT CONTROL<br />

message to "UE assisted preferred but UE based allowed" or "UE based preferred but UE assisted allowed":<br />

2> act as specified in subclause 8.6.7.19.1a or in subclause 8.6.7.19.1b depending on the method type chosen by<br />

the UE.<br />

1> if the value of IE "Amount of Reporting" in variable MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY for this event is greater<br />

than zero:<br />

2> decrease IE "Amount of Reporting" in variable MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY for this event by one.<br />

1> if the value of IE "Amount of Reporting" in variable MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY for this event is equal to<br />

zero:<br />

2> delete this event from the list of even<strong>ts</strong> in variable MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY.<br />

14.7a Measuremen<strong>ts</strong> related to CSG/Hybrid cells<br />

14.7a.1 Intra-frequency measuremen<strong>ts</strong> for CSG/Hybrid cells<br />

For each cell reported in the IE "Cell measured resul<strong>ts</strong>" of an intra-frequency Measurement Report, which is also<br />

included in the IE "Intra-frequency SI Acquisition" associated with the measurement:<br />

1> if the UE managed to acquire the valid system information of the concerned cell:<br />

2> include the following IEs in the IE "Cell measured resul<strong>ts</strong>":<br />

3> "Cell Identity" IE.<br />

3> if the concerned cell broadcas<strong>ts</strong> a CSG identity:<br />

4> "CSG Identity" IE.<br />

4> if the concerned cell is CSG member cell:<br />

5> "CSG Member indication" IE and set it to "member";<br />

5> "CSG PLMN Identity" IE of all PLMNs broadcast that fulfil the CSG member cell definition.<br />

The system information of the reported cell(s) can be acquired by the UE without any measurement gaps.<br />
