Semantics description
The value of this IE
specifies the start PSC of
the first PSC range
(NOTE 1).
This IE specifies the
number of PSCs reserved
for CSG cells in each PSC
range. “alltheRest”
indicates all values from
Start PSC to 511.
Three spare values are
needed.
If this IE is included, the
UE shall calculate the
second PSC range
(NOTE 2).
If this IE is not included,
the UE shall consider the
second PSC range to be
not present.
