3> if System Information Block type 2 of the selected cell contains more than one URA identity, the list of<br />

URA identities in system information block type 2 is empty or if the system information block type 2 can<br />

not be found, a confirmation error of URA identity list has occurred:<br />

4> if no URA update procedure is ongoing:<br />

5> initiate a URA update procedure after entering URA_PCH state, see subclause 8.3.1.2.<br />

4> if a URA update procedure is ongoing:<br />

8.6.2.2 Mapping info<br />

5> take actions as specified in subclause 8.3.1.10.<br />

For FDD, 3.84 Mcps TDD and 7.68 Mcps TDD, if the IE "Mapping info" is received, the UE shall in this version of the<br />

specification:<br />

1> ignore the conten<strong>ts</strong> of this IE.<br />

For 1.28 Mcps TDD, if the IE "Mapping info" is received, the UE shall:<br />

1> if the IE "Map parameter 1" is included, interpret the IE "Map parameter 1" as IE "UpPCH Position Info":<br />

2> store and use the UpPCH position indicated by the IE "UpPCH Positon Info". The calculation of the uplink<br />

access position is described in [33].<br />

1> if the IE "Map parameter 1" is not included:<br />

2> use the UpPTS as the default UpPCH position.<br />

1> ignore other conten<strong>ts</strong> of the IE "Mapping info".<br />

8.6.2.3 RNC support for change of UE capability<br />

The UE shall:<br />

1> if the IE "RNC support for change of UE capability" is included in a received message:<br />

2> set the variable RNC_CAPABILITY_CHANGE_SUPPORT to the value of the IE "RNC support for change<br />

of UE capability".<br />

8.6.2.4 CSG PSC Split Information<br />

The UE shall:<br />

1> if the IE "CSG PSC Split Information" is included in a received message:<br />

2> consider the CSG PSC split information received on this cell to be valid for:<br />

3> the UARFCN of the carrier on which it was received;<br />

3> any cell not referenced in SIB18, or when SIB18 is not broadcast, while the cell the UE is camped on has<br />

a PLMN which is the same as the PLMN of the cell where the CSG PSC split information was received;<br />

3> any cell referenced in SIB18 that has the same PLMN as the PLMN of the cell in which the CSG PSC<br />

split information was received;<br />

3> while UE is not in Any Cell Selection state [4];<br />

3> 24 hours from the time it was received.<br />

NOTE 1: If the IE "CSG PSC Split Information" is received in both SIB3 and SIB11bis in the same cell then UE<br />

behaviour is unspecified.<br />

NOTE 2: The PLMN of a cell in the above paragraph is the PLMN in IE ‘PLMN identity’ of that cell.<br />
