Data ID MP Bit String(2) The value ‘11’ indicates that the REL-8
parameters have been generated by
QZSS, and the parameters have
been specialized and are applicable
within the area defined in [72]. The
value ‘01’ indicates that the
parameters have been generated by
BDS, and UE shall use these
parameters according to the
description given in 5.2.4.7 in [86].
When Data ID has the value ‘00’ it
indicates the parameters are
applicable worldwide [72]. All other
values for Data ID are reserved.
