gaps, perform E-UTRA RSRP or RSRQ measuremen<strong>ts</strong> and reporting according to the configuration<br />

received in the MEASUREMENT CONTROL message.<br />

A measurement quantity is used by the UE to evaluate whether an E-UTRA measurement for CELL_FACH event has<br />
