The marketing major is designed to give students exposure<br />

to specific areas of marketing not addressed by the more<br />

broad based business administration major. The program<br />

builds on a foundation of business courses with a set<br />

advertising, public relations, consumer behavior and<br />

international marketing.<br />

The department of mathematics provides advanced<br />

courses for students majoring in mathematics and offers<br />

instruction appropriate for students of other disciplines. A<br />

student who wishes to continue mathematics in graduate<br />

school or to seek employment on the basis of a strong<br />

mathematics background is advised to take special topics<br />

in mathematics including at least one course in computer<br />

information systems.<br />
