After leaving the residential setting the victims are referred to the<br />
ambulatory service <strong>of</strong> Payoke where a long-term assistance plan is<br />
designed with the client. As the assistance <strong>of</strong> victims varies in each case,<br />
it is difficult to give a general overview <strong>of</strong> the support. But in general,<br />
a simplified model <strong>of</strong> the evolution that most clients go through is<br />
shown in Figure 4.1.<br />
