In addition, a highly effective microwave-assistednucleophilic substitution procedure at membrane-bound monochlorotriazines has beendeveloped. The 1,3,5-triazines obtained could be cleaved in parallel from the solidsupport by TFA vapor to give compounds adsorbed on the membrane surface in aconserved spatially addressed format for analysis and screening. The reaction conditionsdeveloped were employed for the synthesis of 8000 cellulose bound 1,3,5-triazines whichwere probed in parallel for binding to the anti-transforming growth factor-R monoclonalantibody Tab2 in order to identify epitope mimics. 47295
