Section 1. Effective Date and TermArticle 36Duration and Extent of AgreementThe effective date of this Agreement shall be the date it is approved by the Department of the Interior inaccordance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 71. It shall remain in full force and effect for three years and fromyear to year thereafter, unless between 105 and 60 calendar days prior to any such date either Party giveswritten notice to the other of its desire to amend or modify the Agreement. If such notice is given, thisAgreement shall remain in effect until the changes have been negotiated and approved.Section 2. Effective Date of Amendments and SupplementsAmendments and supplemental agreements shall become effective on the date approved by theappropriate official of the Department or thirty (30) days following execution if not disapproved.130
