If an audited Travel Voucher contains some items not properly supported or allowable, thetraveler will be promptly reimbursed initially for those items supportable or allowable. Theemployee will be notified in writing regarding the disallowed items and will be provided anopportunity to provide additional information and/or documentation to support the claim. If stillunable to support all or part <strong>of</strong> a claim, the employee will be notified in writing why the claimremains disallowed and the proper process for filing a reclaim voucher or appeal.Section 3. GainsharingAt the time <strong>of</strong> the signing <strong>of</strong> this <strong>agreement</strong>, Management and the Union agreed that a gainsharingprogram was not feasible based on the current technology being used for travel related activities, as wellas based on the additional manpower required to operate this type <strong>of</strong> program. In anticipation <strong>of</strong> theimplementation <strong>of</strong> new travel-related technology, Management and the Union agree to revisit thisspecific topic in October 2012.42
