I - Which are the Etiologies or Risk Factors for the three <strong>Fluids</strong> <strong>Hypertension</strong> <strong>Syndromes</strong>?<br />

- Answer: The most important etiologies are common to all the three <strong>Fluids</strong> <strong>Hypertension</strong> <strong>Syndromes</strong>,<br />

with statistical differences between them. Few etiologies are exclusive to only one Fluid <strong>Hypertension</strong><br />

Syndrome.<br />

Usually the patient has two or more etiologies simultaneously. The etiologies we detected until now,<br />

are (this list is incomplete):<br />

J – Etiologies or Risk Factors common for all the three <strong>Fluids</strong> <strong>Hypertension</strong> <strong>Syndromes</strong>:<br />

1) Caffeine and theobromine in:<br />

Coffee.<br />

Soft drinks, energy drinks, guaraná, colas, etc.<br />

Tea, Black tea, Green tea, White tea, Mate, Chimarrão, etc.<br />

Brown and dark Chocolate.<br />

Medications for weighting loss.<br />

Medications for common cold and influenza (flu).<br />

Medications for relieving pain.<br />

Other medications.<br />

2) Excessive daily liquids drinks, mainly water.<br />

3) Beer drinks.<br />

4) Wine drinks.
