The Etiologies of these 13 patients with bulbar sub-conjunctival hemorrhages were:<br />

- 9 patients (69.2%) drank too much water daily, with an average of 3.1 liters each day;<br />

- 6 patients (46.1%) drank caffeine, as coffee, tea, mate or soft drinks daily.<br />

- 5 patients (38.5%) with eye’s shallow anterior chamber;<br />

- 4 patients (30.8%) drank coffee, mate or tea,<br />

- 4 patients (30.8%) drank beer,<br />

- 4 patients (30.8%) drank caffeinated soft drinks;<br />

- 2 patients (15.4%) drank medications that raise the fluid pressures;<br />

- 1 patient (7.7%) drank wine and drank beer.<br />

These 13 patients with bulbar sub-conjunctival Hemorrhages presented On the examination:<br />

- 5 patients (38.%) with mild Optic Nerves’ borders edema;<br />

- 3 patients (23.%) with evident Optic Nerves’ borders edema.<br />

- 2 patients (15.%) with suspicion of Glaucoma;<br />

- No patient (0%) with incipient Glaucoma; and<br />

- 2 patients (15.%) with advanced Glaucoma.<br />

- 1 patient (7.%) with shallow eye’s anterior chamber.<br />

All patients with sub-conjunctival hemorrhage had one of the above pathologies.<br />

We conclude that the bulbar sub-conjunctival Hemorrhage is a sure (100%) symptom of Ocular<br />

or Cerebrospinal fluids hypertension <strong>Syndromes</strong>.<br />

VI- 22 – Ear’s migraines “Otitis”: From our 931 <strong>Migraines</strong> patients, we collected 10 patients (1.1%)<br />

with recurrent aches (pain) at the ears, diagnosed as chronic or allergic Otitis, without any ear sign of<br />

inflammation. We consider that this symptom is only from the Inner Ears <strong>Fluids</strong> <strong>Hypertension</strong> Syndrome.<br />

These 10 patients with ear’s migraines “Otitis” also complained:<br />

- 5 patients (50%) with wide frontal <strong>Migraines</strong>;<br />

- 4 patients (40%) worsen their migraines at awakening;<br />

- 4 patients (40%) with itching eyes or blepharitis;<br />

- 3 patients (30%) with obstructive Rhinitis;<br />

- 2 woman (22% out of 9 women) with menstrual migraines.<br />

- 2 patients (20%) with ocular migraines;<br />

- 2 patients (20%) with eye’s redness;<br />

- 2 patients (20%) presented nausea and retching or vomits;<br />

- 2 patients (20%) with dizziness - vertigo.<br />

- 2 patients (20%) presented photophobia;<br />

- 1 patient (10%) with temporal or head-top (vertex) migraines;<br />

- 1 patient (10%) with Chronic cough without any pulmonary lesion;<br />

- 1 patient (10%) with occipital migraines.<br />

Out of these 10 patients with Ears <strong>Migraines</strong>, the etiology was:<br />

- 8 patients (80%) drank too much water, with an average of 3.2 liters daily; these included one child<br />

with 1.5-year-old and weighting only 9 Kilograms (20 pounds), who drank 1 liter (35 fluid ounces) of<br />

water daily, besides his milky nutrition.<br />

- 6 patients (60.0%) drank caffeine, as coffee, tea, mate or soft drinks daily.<br />

- 3 patients (30%) drank caffeinated soft drinks;
