Psychosis: 10–25 mg PO bid-tid (usual 30–800 mg/d in ÷ doses). Severe Sxs:25 mg IM/IV initial; may repeat in 1–4 h; then 25–50 mg PO or PR tid. Hiccups:25–50 mg PO bid-tid. Children >6 mo.
