In today's bus<strong>in</strong>ess environment, you need to create <strong>in</strong>centives <strong>for</strong> your employees andpay only <strong>for</strong> per<strong>for</strong>mance.Consider offer<strong>in</strong>g your senior management team a management-by-objectives <strong>in</strong>centive compensationprogram this year and mov<strong>in</strong>g it down your organization <strong>in</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g years.
