We need a process to support the management andimplementation of our plans.• Manage your business plan to success (see Part 4).Resources Issues and Response OptionsResources issues address the need to acquire more staff, space, and equipment. As shown in Figure 5.5,4 major resources issues were raised by the 20 sample companies. These issues ranged in frequencyfrom 95 percent (19 companies raised the issue) to 30 percent (6 companies raised the issue). Theleading resources issue, needing more staff, was the most popular single issue voiced in the entire 20-company survey. A brief statement of the four major resources issues follows:1. Need more staff (95 percent).
