Aga<strong>in</strong>, these issues must be addressed as they present themselves <strong>in</strong> each of theoperational elements of the company.Plann<strong>in</strong>g issues show up across the board, as well. <strong>The</strong> major plann<strong>in</strong>g issue is a lack of a bus<strong>in</strong>essplan. <strong>The</strong> CEO must take on the resolution of issues surround<strong>in</strong>g the company's bus<strong>in</strong>ess plan, but eachorganization must address particular plann<strong>in</strong>g issues <strong>in</strong>ternally.F<strong>in</strong>ally, resources issues are typically present <strong>in</strong> a number of organizations—they focus on staff,facilities, and equipment. <strong>The</strong> major resource issue is a lack of sufficient staff.
