As shown <strong>in</strong> Figure 5.4, 5 majorplann<strong>in</strong>g issues were raised by the 20 sample companies. <strong>The</strong>se issues ranged <strong>in</strong> frequency from 80percent (16 companies raised the issue) to 30 percent (6 companies raised the issue); the issue of nothav<strong>in</strong>g a bus<strong>in</strong>ess plan led the lot.
