3.3 Downloading Audio FilesDownloading refers to copying a file from a recording device to Transcription Module. To download a file,follow the procedures below. Downloaded files are stored in the Download tray.Download settings are configured in the Workflow dialog box. → [Workflow] -[Download]3.3.1 Downloading All FilesTo download all files in the device, perform the following steps.When using a model with the Music folder, executing [Download All] cannot downloadfiles from the Music folder.Procedure1. Connect a supported device to a USB port on the PC.2. Switch on the device.The Main screen will automatically open.The Device window will display the model of the recorder and file information.Connecting or disconnecting the device while the Main screen is open updates deviceinformation in the Device window.3. Verify that the device is in Storage mode.If in Audio mode, select [Change Device Mode] on the Device menu to switch toStorage mode.4.
