Right-click an audio file in the Content List view, and then click [Convert DictationSetting] on the context menu.Or select an audio file and click on the tool bar.Or click [Convert Dictation] on the File menu.The Convert Dictation setting dialog box will appear.2. Select a format and attributes and click [Convert].The resulting file will be saved in the same folder.
