4.3 Backing Up Downloaded Audio FilesAn audio file can be backed up with one of two methods: automatic backup with backup configuration ormanual export to external media.Automatic BackupThis method allows for automatic backup of audio files with pre-configuration.Procedure1. Select a folder to be backed up and click .Or click [Options] on the Tool menu and open the Folder Design tab to select a folder.2. Enable Backup under Actions in the Folder Properties box.With this setting, each time a file is updated, a backup file is created and stored in the Backupfolder.Files in the Backup folder can be deleted after a certain length of time.
