Once the ERO passes the order to include the names of overseas electors in theroll, their names will have to be added in the Elector table (ex.AC001Part001)of the elector database. It is noteworthy that form 6A used for overseaselectors has additional information which is not contained in form 6. It istherefore necessary to make some modification in the table structure of theelector database to save this additional information. While the elector tablestructure has to be changed by adding one more field for storing passportnumber of electors, three new tables have to be created – theACxxx_form6A,Acxxx_NRIForm8 table in the “Upoaded database” wherexxx is the AC_No, and “Overseas” table in the elector database. I am directedto enclose herewith the structures of these Four tables. The States / UTs whohave adopted ECI ERMS application are requested to create / update thesethree tables accordingly. The revised ERMS application with the overseaselectors registration module will be provided to them by ECI. Those States /UTs which have not adopted ECI ERMS application and have made their ownERMs application are requested to use these table structures to store the95
