The details of Form6A data will be entered from individual application formsinto a Table called “Form6A”. Table Form6A will be a new table like thetables for Forms 6,7,8,8A in the uploaded database. The process ofappointment of inquiry officers with time limit, obtaining the report of enquiryand recording EROs decision on each application will be similar for Form6Aas for the other Forms. On approval of application under Form6A by theEROs, the related record would be uploaded into the Elector table. The Electortable henceforth will contain an additional field related to passport number forall electors. Besides this, a separate table called the “Overseas” Table,containing all details of overseas electors including AC No., Part No., VisaNo. etc. will be created. The Table ‘Overseas’ will be linked to the Electortable through the field name ‘Passport_No.’ which will exist both in ElectorTable and the ‘Overseas’ Table.3. Electoral Roll of every part containing overseas elector(s) will have its lastsection as the “OverseasElectors” Section, which will have last section numberin the Electoral Roll of that part.4. The logic to be followed for this purpose – At the time of updating the data ofthe overseas elector from the Form6A table in the “Uploaded” database to theelector database after approval of the inclusion of name by ERO, theapplication will first check whether the “OverseasElectors” section exists inthe sec-details table for that part or not. If the “OverseasElectors” sectionexists for that part, the section number of that section will be updated in the“section_no” field of the elector table for that record. If the “OverseasElctors”section does not exist for that part, a new row will be inserted in the“sec_details” table creating the “OverseasElectors” section for that part withthe last section number for that part and that section number will be updated inthe “section_no” field of elector table for that record.
