The „Order History Detail‟ contains the following list of data items:Data Items:Customer ID, Customer Name, Product Name, Service Id, Order type,Bandwidth, Contention Parameter, Access Configuration, Maintenance Category,CRM order number, CRM Order Line No., Order Created Date, Order ValidatedDate, Customer Required Date, Customer Promised Date, Contractual DeliveryDate, Service handover date, Resilience, Interface Type, First Appointment Date,Agreed Appointment Date, Appointment Status, Appointment Reason.Asset History Search - This report is developed for HE and MSIL and WBC.This report allows the user to search on Service Id which is mandatory to provide.Based on the input provided, User can view the report named “Asset HistoryDetail”.The „Asset History Detail‟ contains the following list of data items:Data Items:Customer ID, Customer Name, Product Name, Service Id, Installation DN, SiteAddress, Service Handover Date, Bandwidth, Contention Parameter, AccessConfiguration, Maintenance Category, Service Status, ModifiedFTRCalc,Customer Notes Details.Order Pipeline Search - This report is created to view the No. of Pipeline Orders(Total) i.e. total count of open orders, No. of Pipeline Orders (Copper) i.e. count ofnon FTTC open orders and No. of Pipeline Orders (Fibre) i.e. count of FTTC openorders grouped by product in the product groups mainly HE, MSIL and WBC. Thisreport displays the orders which are in pipeline i.e. the orders which are neithercancelled nor completed or closed. “-” is displayed as No. of Pipeline Orders(Copper) and No. of Pipeline Orders (Fibre) for all the products other than WBCEnd User Access (EUA) product.The Search criteria / conditions available are as follows:Order Type, Order Status, Line Item Sub Status, Products, Search By Date(which includes Order Validated Date, Order Created Date, Contractual DeliveryDate, Customer Required Date, Customer Promised Date), From Date, To Date.User can only check data in the detail report of Order Pipeline Search formaximum 10000 records.Hyperlink will not be visible for more than 10000records.The corresponding Drilldown Report is „Order Pipeline Detail‟.PAGE 112 OF 271
