a) The following new reports are available under „Orders‟ folder.Migration Summary Report –– This report displays the detail services that havebeen lost to a CP as the result of migration provided that the finish date is within10 days of the period the report is executedProduct Family Migration Summary - This Summary Report displays thenumber of EU‟s & also group the data based on Customer name, OriginalProduct, New Product(for migration type e.g. Datastream to WBC or WBC toIPstream).WBC Allocation-Apportionment – This report displays the WBC Allocation-Apportionment details against the <strong>User</strong>. It allows user to select the month andview the wBC Allocation/Apportionment details against all exchanges for thatmonth.b) The following reports are new reports to support AP(Aggregation Point ) andEP (Extension Path). These reports are only for 21CN product. These reports areavailable under „AP and EP‟ folder.WBC Aggregation Point Access Authorizations – This report shows allauthorisations for an AP CP excluding those records for which AP Set AU ServiceStatus is Ceased. An AP CP will see all the EU CP information who areauthorised under that particular AP CP.WBC Aggregation Point Access Request Report – This report displays the EUCP to detail which AP Sets they are currently using from which CP‟s at whichInterconnect Node excluding those records for which AP Set AU Service Status isCeased. This report displays the AP CP names and not the account codes. ThisReport will be based on the EU CP i.e it should get the information of the CUG Id.This is the main CP who is raising the Order to <strong>BT</strong>W.OrdersWBC Cancelled Aggregation Point Order Summary Report - This reportshows AP count per Cancel Reason provided that the order is cancelled within 10days period of report being run and a separate line for Cease Orders providedthat the order is completed within 10 days period of report being run.WBC Aggregation Point Order Detailed Report – This report displays currentstatus of the open orders and orders closed within the previous 10 days providedeither it is completed within 10 days period of report being run or it is cancelledwithin 10 days period of report being run or It is nether cancelled nor completedand the Order Status does not include any of „NULL‟, ‟In Progress‟, „Ready ForAutomation', 'Automation Failure' and 'Automation In Progress'.WBC Aggregation Point Order History Search - This report allows the user tosearch on Order Number or Service Id to retrieve any order which has beenPAGE 118 OF 271
