The search criteria willrequire one of the following inputs; EMU number, Service ID, Network ID, theTelephone Number and if these are not available, they can be found by using thedate to date range on the appropriate EMU screen for interrogation.Network ID and Telephone Number/DN is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.MSO Fault Search – Use this report to search for Major Service Outages possiblyaffecting an end user by entering any of the following search criteria, Service ID,Network ID or telephone number. Or alternatively search for users possiblyaffected by a MSO by searching by the MSO reference numberThis report will support WBC/21 CN Services related information.Network ID and Telephone Number/DN is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.PEW Search – Use this report to search for Planned Engineering Work possiblyaffecting an end user by entering PEW number, Service ID, Network ID,Telephone Number and if these are not available, they can be found by using thedate to date range on the appropriate Pew screen for interrogation.This report will support WBC/21 CN Services related information.Network ID and Telephone Number/DN is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.Please note: it can take up to 48 hours after the initial PEW notification for theaffected circuit information to appear on BBCR.MAX product ReportsLine Rate Synchronisation – Use this to report the Maximum Stable Rate and theFault Threshold Rate of IPstream Max, Datastream Max and WBC circuits whenthe rate has stabilised. The report will default to the current date, but it is possibleto enter a date for any day within the last 14 days in order to display the report forthat day (i.e. 24 hours).Line Rate Change Delta - Use this report to obtain a near real-time speed reportfor all IPstream Max, Datastream Max and WBC circuits.
