c) The following new reports displays WBMC product information. These reportsare only for 21CN product. These reports are available under „WBMC‟ folder.WBMC Order Record and Progress Search – This report allows the users tosearch for orders on the basis of Service ID, DN, Order Id and Customer OrderReference. User has to enter either Service ID or DN or Order Id or CustomerOrder Reference.OrdersWBMC All Orders Summary - This report shows a summary of orders in thepipeline grouped by Status and Sub Status but if the order is completed orcancelled then displays count of completed or cancelled orders which lie within 10days from the period the report is executed.WBMC Cancelled Order Summary - This report shows a summary of cancelledorders grouped by the cancelled reason.WBMC Order Delayed Summary - This report is used to show all delayedorders, grouped by the reason for delay provided that the orders are notcancelled or completed. It will also include orders that have had their CustomerAgreed Date brought forward and therefore in a status of rescheduled.WBMC Order Delta Report - This report is used to view all orders which havebeen updated within a specified time window from the last database refresh orview details of orders which had changes to a specified column within a giventimeframe from the last database refresh.WBMC Order History Search - This report is used to view details of historicalOrders (i.e. closed Orders over 13 weeks earlier and within in the last two years,of report being run).
