Line Rate Change Delta - Use this to report to obtain a near real-time speedreport for all Datastream Max, Datastream Max Premium, IPstream Max,IPstream Max Premium and WBC circuits.MAX End User Summary - Use this to report to obtain service details for aparticular Datastream Max, Datastream Max Premium, IPstream Max IPstreamMax Premium and WBC circuit.DSL MAX Capped Circuit Report – Use this report to obtain the Capped circuits,and associated line rate for the DSL MAX IP, DS and WBC circuits. Note:These reports will default to the current date, but it is possible to enter a date forany day within the last 14 days in order to display the report for that day (i.e. 24hours).DSL Max Service Option Report – Use this report to obtain the details of theService Option selected for a particular Service and its status to the ServiceProviders. The Report is available in CSV and XML format.21 CN Service Profile Report – Use this report to obtain the details of 21CN/WBC Profiles which includes both simple ADSL and ADSL2+ profiles. TheReport is available in CSV and XML format.Please refer to the XML User guide for the XML specifications.For MAX products, there is also a Current Service Details report available byemail. This should be requested via the Email Administration for MAX products.Current Service Details - Use this to report to view current service details for allDatastream Max, Datastream Max Premium, IPstream Max, IPstream MaxPremium circuits and WBC. This is delivered via email within 1 working day ofreport being requested.Advanced Services ReportingThere will be up to four reports available for selection on the Advanced ServicesReports initial page, depending on the level of access that is associated with theuser id.They are :-Billing Transaction CSV - Use this to download upto 10 successive days ofbilling transactions via a parameter screen.SP Billing Exceptions Date Search – New online report that gives visibility ofbilling transactions that have been identified as exceptions.QoS Session Report - New report which identifies the number of sessionrequests made for a Service Provider, based on Service Id. Reports bothSuccessful and Failed sessions with failures further grouped by Reason Codes.PAGE 116 OF 271
Reports will be available in both tabular and graphical formats.The Report Title „Session Requests per SP‟ report is renamed to „QoS SessionReport‟.Some functional modifications are made to the Search Screen which is explainedas follows:1) „Product Type‟ and „Temp Request‟ dropdowns are removed.2) „Request Type‟ dropdown is replaced by „Transaction Type‟ dropdown whichcontains Transaction Type values instead of Request Type group values.3) Weekly and Monthly data can be viewed if either Service Id or a TransactionType is chosen. The default value for Report Type is „Daily‟.4) In the drilldown report Reason Descriptions for Failure are grouped accordingto Request Types.Bandwidth per SP - New report for displaying the amounts of concurrentbandwidth used by each SP on daily and monthly basis. The daily report willdisplay the total bandwidth in Mbits/Sec aggregated on an hourly basis.AS Policy Information – New AS Report to provide the information about allcircuits having Throttled , Unthrottled or unknown policies for a particular SP. Thedrilldown to this report will display the individual circuit details for throttled orunthrottled or unknown policies of the Advanced Services End users under aparticular SP.The Report contains CSV download functionality and is available in XML format.Please refer to the XML user guide for the XML specifications.The existing attribute “Subscription Policy” is renamed to “SP-requested Policy”.The following two new attributes are added to the drilldown report namely“Inventory Detail”.a) Policy Last Updated DateTimeb) Policy Last Updated ThroughThe CSV Download also reflects the above changes.The Legend names are renamed in the “AS Policy Information Report”Users With Throttle To Subscription Policy is renamed to Users with "Throttle To"Policy.Users With Unthrottled Subscription Policy is renamed to Users with “Unthrottled”Policy.Users With Unknown Subscription Policy is renamed to Users with UnrecognisedPolicy.WBC ReportingPAGE 117 OF 271
