Reports AvailableReports You Can RunThere will be up to three reports under this menu on the initial home page,depending on the level of access that is associated with the userid. They are:-Fault Record Search - Use this report to view a specific fault. You can search by:Service ID, Network ID, or Telephone No.Network ID is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.Order Record & Progress Search - Use this report to search for orders using aNetwork ID, Service ID, Telephone Number, eCo Order Number or CustomerReference. Results are presented in summary format which you can drill downon.Network ID is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.Service Activity Notice Search – Use this report to search for all Service ActivityNotices that have occurred in the date range, for Pew‟s, EMU‟s & MSO‟s. Eachcan then interrogated via it‟s hyperlink or using the appropriate Service Activityoption and associate help screen.Network ID and DN is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.Please note: it can take up to 48 hours after the initial PEW notification for theaffected circuit information to appear on <strong>BBCR</strong>.MAX Product ReportingThere will be up to two reports available for selection on the MAX ProductReports initial page, depending on the level of access that is associated with theuserid. They are :-<strong>Line</strong> Rate Synchronisation/Service Profile – Use <strong>Line</strong> Rate Synchronisation toreport the Maximum Stable Rate and the Fault Threshold Rate of DatastreamMax, Datastream Max Premium, IPstream Max, IPstream Max Premium andWBC circuits when the rate has stabilised. Use Service Profile to report the profilechanges for Datastream Max, Datastream Max Premium, IPstream Max,IPstream Max Premium and WBC circuits. Note : These reports will default to thecurrent date, but it is possible to enter a date for any day within the last 14 days inorder to display the report for that day (i.e. 24 hours).PAGE 115 OF 271
